House Rules ● No smoking indoors ● Quiet hours 10pm–8am ● No parties or events ● Wildlife is part of life here. The house sits among tall pines, so expect deer, bears, and other visitors. Please keep food indoors and the outdoor trash bins latched. ● Respect neighbors & residential community guidelines ● Parking is in the driveway only and cars are not to park in the garage ● Although there is a backyard space, its small and mostly used for storage. We don't advise guests to let pets in that area.
